Natural sandstone from the Montecito area of California, has unique
color and texture found on many prominent structures and residences.
Monarch Stone International has one of the largest supplies of Santa
Barbara sandstone boulders available, which we hand fabricate in
the popular ‘rubble’ and ‘Five Point’ patterns.
Sandstone Rubble: Architects specify rubble to
recreate the look and appeal of architecture such as, “Old-World
Tuscany”. Boulders are hand-cut with the mason in mind; you
will find our stone requires very little trimming for custom veneer
applications.
Five Point: This is the most commonly
used veneer throughout Santa Barbara. This natural stone is hand
split to expose the warm golden color and charm.
